With 10+ years in health-tech, David began his journey at EMIS Health, developing expertise in the delivery of digital pharmacy and medicines management. His experience spans enterprise-level technology delivery and the creation of platforms that streamline how healthcare organisations procure and manage medicines. David focuses on simplifying complex systems and driving practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.

Formerly with EMIS Health, Andy brings over 20 years’ experience delivering innovative, user-focused technology solutions. He has overseen a wide range of digital projects across the NHS and private sector, always with a focus on improving patient and clinician experiences through thoughtful design and practical solutions.

Ian is a highly experienced executive in the animal-health and veterinary pharmaceuticals sector, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC from 2001 until his retirement in June 2024. Over his tenure he led the company through a period of international expansion, strategic M&A and consistent growth, helping to establish Dechra as a global specialist in veterinary products
Now operating as a serial investor and active board leader, Ian has shifted his focus to advising and backing growth-oriented ventures. He is currently Chairman of DLS Health Ltd, where he brings his deep sector experience, strategic acumen and operational insight.
